Deep Drawn Presswork:
• Multiple and reverse drawing; double, triple and quadruple action presses to 400 tonnes.
• Deep drawn parts from blanks up to 1200mm sq and drawn depths up to 500mm.
• Conventional presswork up to 100 tonnes.
Materials & Thickness
All ferrous and non-ferrous metals - from 0.5mm to 6mm stainless steel.
Hydromechanical Drawing produces a better surface finish and tooling is cheaper. More complex shapes and greater depths can be drawn in one operation.
